European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
A new supermarket Gedimino 9 will open in Vilnius in March 2007. One of the biggest Lithuanian construction companies Constructus and Irish investing company Duke House Asset Managers (DHAM) agreed to cooperate and invest in the new supermarket Gedimino 9 in Vilnius. The reconstruction works of a five-floor old building in the heart of Vilnius city centre has already started. It is planned that approximately 600 work places will be created after the reconstruction of the building and approximately 65-70 small shops as well as restaurants and cafes will be opened.
