European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
American CTS Corporation, a leading designer and producer of electronic components for automotive and electronics industry, intends to invest nearly $22 million into a new facility in Ostrava. The company is to create over 160 new jobs by 2008 at the latest. The production of electronic parts for car industry should be up and running as early as June 2006.
