European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
In June 2006, the German financial advisor AWD will open its first offices in Poland. The company was planning to enter the Polish market for a few years. The company wants to incorporate in Poland the same business model as in other Western European countries . They plant to target upper middle class people and will open offices in the biggest Polish towns.
