Description
Playtech and its affiliate Playtech Estonia, design, develop and deploy unified software platforms for the online gaming industry. Playtech today has over 230 employees globally, and 185 of them are working in Estonia. Around two-thirds of the employees are engaged in research and development of current and future gaming technologies. Currently the Estonian affiliate is looking for 120 new employees and during the next two years the company is expecting to expand its workforce up to 300 people. The expansion of several IT-firms at the same time has caused shortage of IT-specialists and a sharp competition and headhunting among the firms.
