Description
More than 200 people working at John Dickinson, a stationery factory, have been told they are likely to lose their jobs. The factory is proposing to close its manufacturing plant at Sawston, Cambridgeshire. Production would be transferred elsewhere, possibly abroad. The threat of redundancy to the 210 employees, some of whom have been there for decades, has been criticised by the union Amicus.
