Till 2008, some BGN 75.4 million are planned to be invested in the new golf course and additional facilities. The new area will consist of a golf course, a modern spa centre and 550 small houses, all this situated on 1.6 million sq.m. For the construction (expected to be finished within the next three years) some 300 bulding workers will be hired. Afterwards 150 permanent jobs - mainly in the service sector - will be created.
