European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Mazeikiu lyra, the furniture producer, which has increased its turnover by 47% in 2006, intends to expand the production and to increase the number of employees from 240 to 350 people in 2007. The company will invest more than LTL 8 million in the construction of new premises and enlarge the production area by 7,000 square metres in 2007. At present, the entire production of the company is exported to Scandinavian countries: Denmark, Sweden and Norway.
