European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Optima Financial Planners, a financial and tax consulting company, was founded in 1991. On 11 December 2006, the company announced its intention to recruit 100 additional employees. The qualifications required are a degree in Law, Economics or Business management. Indeed, as a result of substantial growth in 2006 (more than 1,000 new customers, according to the company's director Jeroen Stitcher), the company is gearing up to meet strong demand for its services in 2007.
