European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Tallink Grupp is one of the dominant shipping companies at the market providing passenger and transport services by twelve ships. In spring 2007 Tallink Grupp will open Tallink Spa & Conference Hotel that will be operated by TLG Hotell, the Tallink Grupp's subsidiary. TLG Hotell was established in 2004 and it is already operating another hotel owned by Tallink Grupp - Tallink City Hotel. The new investment will create some 110 jobs. Finding qualified cooks and commissionaires is seen as the most difficult personnel related task by Tallink Grupp. In total, there are 2,800 people working in Tallink Grupp.
