European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
The Polish company Zasław z Zagórza has spent 33 million PLN to acquire the real property of the Andoria diesel engine factory of Andrychów, which is now in liquidation. The new owner initially plans to hire 200 persons at these new facilities; with time, this figure may rise to 1,000. Zasław produces an assortment of trailers for cars and trucks.
