European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Oracle, a consultancy firm, is to create 400 new jobs in Málaga with the development of a new site. The new site will be based in the Technological Park in Málaga, and it is expected that the site will be open before the end of 2007. The new operation will carry out work for all of Oracle’s western European clients, and will create employment primarily for white-collar workers. Oracle and the Regional Government of Andalusia are also discussing the possibility of a conclusion of an agreement between Oracle and local Universities about Oracle employing high-achieving local University graduates.
