Rörvik Timber, a firm that operates in the timber sector, is to create 200 new jobs in the Municipality of Norrköping and Oxelösund with the construction of a new site. The exact location of the new site is not yet known, but sawmilling activities will be conducted at the new location. It is thought that the new unit will open by January 2010. The opening of the new site is a part of Rörvik Timber's long-term strategy to expand within saw-wood products. Rörvik Timber currently operates eleven production units across the south of Sweden and employs 600 at these sites.
