European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Cémoi, a French firm that manufactures confectionary and chocolates, has announced that it is to create 108 new jobs in Perpignan. The firm will commence production at the new site in December 2008, and the jobs will be created between September 2008 and the end of December 2008. The jobs that will be created will include skilled positions such as production operators. The new plant will also involve an investment of 6 million EUR, and will measure approximately 30,000 square metres.
