Description

Sony, a multi-national electronics group, has announced that it is to cut 230 jobs at its site in Ribeauvillé. The Ribeauvillé plant produces telecommunications enclosure equipment and employs 791. Management at the plant announced the job losses in a meeting with the plant’s works council, and also stated that the job losses will be implemented between January and December 2008.
