Description
In April 2008, Emerson, an American automation technology company, inaugurated a new factory located in the Industrial Park Tetarom II in Cluj Napoca. The factory started production with 200 employees and the representatives of the company estimated that the number of employees will increase by 500 in 2009 and 2,000 in the next four year (by the end of 2011). EUR 120 million were invested in the new factory which will produce gas regulators for industrial and domestic use, electrical equipments for gas sector, and equipments for construction and electrical power generators.
