European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
The American State Street Corporation, a global provider of financial services for institutional investors, has announced that it is to create approximately 1000 new jobs by opening a financial services centre in Kracow. As of May 2008, there is no information on when the new jobs will be created by. State Street Corporation has offices in 26 countries and employs over 27,000 staff around the world. Its customers include mutual fund, collective investment funds, corporate and public pension funds, companies and non-profit organizations.
