European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Cooper Clegg, a magazine printer, is to close in Tewkesbury with the loss of all 170 jobs. The firm had been placed into administration following the loss of several key contracts. As of 18 January 2009 no announcement has been made as to a date for final closure of the firm.
