European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
The low cost Spanish airline LTE International Airways S.A. is to close with the consequent loss of 300 jobs. LTE will present a Dossier of Employment Regulation (Expediente de Regulación de Empleo - ERE) which will affect the entire ‘low cost' work force, at a voluntary creditors meeting. The 300 workers affected are distributed between the head office at Palma and bases in Tenerife, Las Palmas and Lanzarote.
