European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Over 100 jobs have been lost at Semperflex Optimit, a manufacturer of industrial and hydraulic hoses, since the start of 2009. The restructuring was caused by a 40% order decline in comparison with the first quarter of 2008. Presently the company employs about 490 people.
