Description
Swedwood, a subsidiary of IKEA, is planning to cut 130 jobs at its factory in Skoczów by the end of April 2009. Swedwood produces and distributes finished wooden furniture and components for sale in the IKEA retail chain. It has nine more Polish factories - in Chlastawa, Zbąszyń, Lubawa, Babimost, Goleniów, Stepnica, Konstantynów Łódzki, Resko, and Wielbark.
