European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
The Swiss chemical group Clariant is about to cut 500 jobs all around the world, including 200 jobs on its European sites. Additional information about other job losses is not yet available. The group is increasingly concerned by the recession and the decrease of the demand for its products.
