The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Lufthansa Italia is to create 200 new jobs by the end of 2010. The workers will be employed in the Malpensa area.
Lufthansa Italia is a wholly owned subsidiary of German airline Deutsche Lufthansa; it is based in Milan. The airline has started operations on 2 February 2009 and now serves eight major European cities and three destinations within Italy with a fleet of eight Airbus A319 aircraft. Lufthansa Italia has around 200 employees.
