The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
The Department of Work and Social Affairs' Director General for Work has issued a resolution on the redundancy programme involving the eliminaton of 116 jobs at the airline Air Nostrum, based in Valencia.
According to the resolution, the redundancy programme, which was initially to affect 507 workers, allows for 116 jobs to be eliminated among office staff (63), passenger cabin crew (10), maintenance technicians (23), and ground passenger and aircraft service staff (18).
