European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Asseco Poland, the largest software house listed on the Warsaw stock exchange, will hire 600 specialists in its new IT Competence Center. The company specializes in publishing and development of software and employs 5,000 people in Poland. Asseco Poland announced the opening of an IT Competence Centre which will be set in three locations: Warszawa, Krakow and Katowice. Part of the funding for the centre will come from the European Regional Development Fund. The new recruits at the Competence Center will be mainly computer scientists and programmers.
