Astra Vagoane Arad, a railways carriage manufacturer, has announced the creation of 200 jobs until the autumn 2010. The job creation is due to the launch of the production of a new type of tram. Some 40 specialists in the field have already been hired. The company employed 2,100 people in 2008.
