European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
The information technology company, Hewlett Packard (HP), announced the intention to hire 600 persons in 2011, at the Global eBussines Operation Centre (GeBOC). At present, 2,500 employees work at the GeBOC in Bucharest. The average age of the employees is 26 years and they provide services in 25 languages.
