European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Panasonic AVC Networks Company in Krompachy, which employs 900 workers, announced dismissal of 162 employees. These job losses are attributed to the decline in sales of DVD recorders and blue-ray players on the European market.
