European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
On 16 November 2010, a German manufacturer of plastic cistern and other plastic appliances Weber Polska, which used to be called Kunststoff-Technik before 2011, opened a new factory in Goleniów, where 300 jobs will be created. The company plans to shut down its plant in Szczecin and completely relocate the production to Goleniów by spring 2011. The company took this decision 2 years ago, because the local authorities in Szczecin did not supported the plans of company's development. The company has been operating in Poland since 1996.
