European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Turkish glass manufacturer Sisecam announced the opening of a new factory for automobile glass near Targovishte. The investment is estimated at USD 25 million and will create some 130 jobs. The new factory will produce automatic and non-automatic side windows and heated back windows with an annual capacity of 1.3 million square meters. The company reported that has ongoing contracts with automakers such as Audi, Ford, Renault and Peugeot. This new factory will be the fifth manufacturing site in Bulgaria.
