European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Zalai Baromfifeldolgozó Kft has announced its plans to open a production site in Pacsa, Hungary and to hire 200 employees by September 2011. The former Zalabaromfi Kft became insolvent in 2008, however the poultry suppliers and producers reorganized themselves and founded Zalai Baromfifeldolgozó Kft and they own 90% of the company now. The announcement was made in November 2010; the foundation-stone for the new factory laid on 11 February 2011.
