European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Guala Closures Bulgaria, a producer of non-refillable closures for the international spirits market, has opened a new factory in Kazanlak where 300 jobs are expected to be created. The factory is equipped with modern capping machinery and was built by the Klouzhars Guala Group.
