European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Following its expansion in France, the Swiss SGS group announced to recruit 600 employees in 2011. SGC group has 2,100 employees in France and over 64,000 worldwide. SGS is the world's leading inspection, verification, testing and certification company and is active in various sectors including agricultural products, oil, minerals, industrial products, pharmaceuticals, and automative.
