European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
BSB, one of Europe's main publishers of software for the financial services industry, is to expand its Operations Hub and add an R&D function at its Dublin office. The software company, which commenced activities in Dublin in 2009, is creating 120 jobs, with the support of the Irish Government through Ireland's Industrial Development Agency (IDA).
BSB is a provider of mission critical software to the Financial Services industry. Currently BSB employs more than 400 people across Europe, with approximately 50 presently employed in the Dublin site. The Operations Hub in Dublin is responsible for the development and integration of software solutions for BSB's clients, sales and technical support.
