European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Eesti Energia, a state-owned energy company is planning to create 100 new jobs in their call centre during 2012.
The company is expecting an increase in phone inquiries by their clients due to the opening of the Estonian electricity market in 2013 and the changes in the Electricity Market Act. The company is expecting that the number of calls will increase further next year and therefore has decided to hire 100 new workers to cope with the extra workload.
