European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Red Hat, a US-headquartered software company, is to expand its Brno site and to create 200 new jobs in September 2012. The Czech site has been operating since 2006 and has, with currently 400 staff, one of the largest red hat sites globally.
Red Hat is a leading open source and Linux provider.
