European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
On 12 January 2012, the commercial court of Nanterre decided the liquidation of Reliures Brun printing factory in Malesherbes owned by Qualibris. This will result in the closure of the factory and the loss of 114 jobs. The French commercial printing company Pollina was initially interested in taking over the factory; however the takeover did not go through.
