European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Hotel RUI Seabank, a subsidiary of the Seabank group, has increased its employee numbers from 150 to 325. This is due to an extensive renovation and reconceptualization of the hotel, which was inaugurated at the beginning of August 2012.
The hotel has invested 32 million Euros to increase its capacity from 285 to 474 beds.
