The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
On 10 April 2012, the Commercial Court of Sarreguemines (Moselle) decided on the liquidation of Hollmann (109 employees), specialized in the printing of catalogues. As there were no buyer for the plant and despite the fact that the order book was healthy, the Court ordered the liquidation due to the fact that Hollmann mother's company, the German printer Schlott (2400 employees in Europe) was placed in receivership in May 2011. The 109 employees will be dismissed by the end of April.
