European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Vilma, a manufacturer of products for electric installations, plans to create 50 new jobs in Vilnius, Lithuania, by the end of 2012. Currently the company employs around 500 employees.
The expansion is due to a high turnover in 2011 and the expectations of further growth in 2012.
