European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
A Danish clothing company, Bon'A Parte, is to cut 100 jobs in Ikast, Denmark.
The company plans to move the 100 jobs to the Czech Republic, where a future logistics centre is to be located. Delocalisation of the logistics department will start in January 2013 be completed by the end of summer 2013.
50 out of the 100 dismissed employees will be working in Bon'A Parte until 31 January 2013; the rest of the reduced workforce will leave the company by the end of 2013.
