Description
The commercial Court of Paris has given its green light to Eurotunnel for buying Sea France's assets, the ferry company that was liquidated last June (see here) with 880 dismissals. 500 jobs will be created in the cooperative "My Ferry Link" formed by former Sea France employees, which will rent ferryboats from Eurotunnel.
Activities are announced to start in August, when ferry service will be resumed between the French and English coast.
