European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
The general director of the public Romanian Television announced plans to dismiss 980 employees by the end of 2012. This is the result of a restructuring and economic recovery programme, adopted by the board of directors on 28 August 2012.
Currently the Romanian Television employs 3,320 people.
