European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Perfektyup Pakedzhing BG, a manufacturer of aluminum tubes for the pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries, inaugurated its unit in Stara Zagora. The company is currently recruiting personnel, and they hope to reach 100 employees by the end of the year.
The investment in the company is about €3.5 million and the initial capacity target is approximately 5 million tubes per month. The main shareholders are Turkish company Perfektüp Ambalaj (Bell Holding) and Greek company Aluman (producer of raw material), in addition to various partners in the EU and Algeria.
