European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
In December 2012, producer of metal components for the automotive industry, Delfo Polska announced plans to cut 310 jobs by the end of May 2013.
The restructuring programme in Delfo is directly assiociated with the dismissals and reduction of production announced in December 2012 in Fiat, a main customer of Delfo (see here)
Delfo Polska was founded in 1998 and currently employs 2,000 people. The company is part of Magnetto group. Delfo produces stamped and welded automotive elements.
