Description
The supermarket network Coop Alsace has announced to cut 210 positions through voluntary departures out of 953 people currently employed in the retail division. Additionally 96 people could see their contracts changed with regards to their working conditions.
The company also expects to outsource its transport activity that employs 48 employees.
Coop Alsace is currently loss making at its 144 outlets. The group had previously launched a voluntary departures plan with 409 departures (see here).
