Description
The insurance company Caser has launched a Redundancy Procedure affecting 288 employees (9% of its entire workforce).
Currently, the company is negotiating the measure with the unions. The company has committed itself to try to reduce the number of forced exits. According to reports, they will try to reduce the staff by means of early retirement. In addition, during the negotiations, alternative cost-cutting measures such as working time reduction schemes and/or changes in the work contracts will be discussed.
