Description

The French company Plastic Omnium announced its intention to close its plant of Herentals. 122 jobs (92 blue-collar workers and 30 white-collar workers) will be lost at its bumper manufacturing unit until the end of July.

According to the management the decision is due to over-capacity, as well as poor level of sales. The Renault procedure will be launched in the next few days.
