European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
The steel company Arcelor Mittal Steel announced the 13th voluntary redundancy scheme for 600-700 workers at Galati factory. The measure is part of a restructuring programme. At present 7,400 workers are employed at the Galati site.
