Fiorucci, Italian cured meats factory, is to cut 250 jobs (out of 620) in its site located at Pomezia, in the province of Rome.
On 16 April the company started the procedures for collective dismissals. The job cuts will affect blue and white collar workers. The trade unions reacted to the company’s decision organising protest actions and requesting meetings with the management to find alternative solutions to the job cuts.
