European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Food manufacturer Heinz is to cut 180 administrative jobs in Zeist, the Netherlands.
The company, which has recently changed ownership, seeks to streamline its operations through reducing the company’s administrative staff (see also Heinz-EU2013).
As reported, there are negotiations with the works council on a social plan.
